Gray's Matter Consulting Services provides licensed residential contracting and project management for renovations, repairs, reconstruction, additions, and home improvement projects. GMCS helps define the scope of work, obtain and evaluate trade estimates, coordinate qualified trade professionals, monitor project costs and scheduling, and maintain communication throughout the project.
Our role is to bring structure, coordination, and accountability to the process so homeowners can make informed decisions and know that someone is paying attention to the details.
Meet Karen
Karen Munson-Gray is the founder of Gray's Matter Consulting Services, a Certified Master Financial Coach and Licensed Tennessee Residential Contractor.
Whether she's helping a client understand what their finances are revealing or managing the moving pieces of a residential project, Karen brings the same philosophy to her work: clarity before action, structure around the process, and careful attention to the decisions that matter.
Her approach is practical, personal, and grounded in helping clients move forward with greater confidence whether the challenge involves their finances or their home.
